Perhaps since your researching corp histories you should take note of the time that Fear left MC compared to when tortuga was begun. Then use your ubber powers of deduction.
Once an MC, always an MC, and Tortuga began to failure cascade long before it started.
PS: You conveniently left out hat FF smacks in the most ******** of ways.
